Last chance for you to come and see me, and my art work at the Open Studio is tomorrow.
I've had quite a few visitors throughout this 2 weeks, and my work seemed to have attracted some particularly lovely people. Some attracted by the obviously 'mystical' content but also those who are starting out with their art and want to discuss techniques and others who are already artists or teachers. So an enjoyable time for me to be meeting the public art lovers.
In the process of setting up my Open Studio I've learned a lot, so will be far better prepared if I decide to do the event again next year.
I must say, I was particularly surprised that one of my visitors asked if she could weed the section of my garden  next to my studio......... how lovely was that?  Of course I allowed her to do this and was truly grateful..Oh well, now I'll just have to see what the day brings, but being hot and sunny, I have a feeling that many folk would rather be on the beach than visiting studios!.... we shall see.

Well, after much hard work to be ready for the start of my Open Studio I haven't had one visitor yet!! and to think I only had a few hours sleep.... should have had a lie in.......As it's my first open studio I don't really know what to expect.
So, if you're up around Cromer and fancy looking at some art work, all the details you need are in the Norfolk Open Studios Brochure. So here's a pre-view but I hope you'll want to come and see my pictures for real. I'm open daily from 11 am until 5 pm inclusive of weekends.
