2月19日 The Deathly SleepThe Deathly Sleepby Sue HammansThe colour of blood, so deep. A figure moving, slowly, Towards a grey stone arch. Head bowed in mournful tone, the man began to weep. The smell of night scented stocks and hollyhocks, Lie heavy in the air, And sounds of his own footsteps, Were more than he could bear. Across the now dark graveyard, The colour of night, so black. The figure bends down, slowly, Towards a green grass mound, Haunting memories of times so sweet, he wished he'd had some more. A teardrop falls upon his hand, His withered fingers shine. So sad to say 'goodbye' to the loving soul he'd found. As the moon arises with the setting of the sun The man gently places a red rosebud, and then pulls out a gun, he sighs, 'She really was the ONE' 2月5日 COSTOCHONDRITIS I've been having this 'niggling pain' gnawing away at my side for months, but recently it started to give me a more intense pain and it'd be the first thing I'd wake up to. Anyhow, by this time I thought I might have got a kidney stone AGAIN so went to see the Dr. who after a lot of questions and prodding about, he told me I'd got COSTOCHONDRITIS. I told him he'd given me the 'hump' now as it was yet another condition I've got of which PAIN is the main symptom.  As, the medication I'm taking already was the same, it now means that I've got to up my dosage.......(something I'd been able to reduce in the past) so I was glad that I'd got a bit of scope to manage the pain. Seems likely that FiIBROMYALGIA is again dishing out something else..... Oh, well, sorry folks, I've had my moan for the day.... so off to live life now......and if you've got good health, be gratefu, l and if you've got a minor ailment, I don't wana hear ! I've only got this far from thinking positively and a bit of spiritual/Reiki Healing and I believe that's the only way forward if I want to lead a fulfilling life... whcih I do!!!!After all this going on yesterday it was such a beautiful day, I went along the cliff top to watch the sea for a while and then take some photos in and around the park. |
